Gov. Arthur Yap issues Executive Order 40 extending the province’s border closure until Aug. 31, 2021.
Yap signed the new EO extending the effectivity of EO 37 on Aug. 17, 2021.
The effectivity of EO 37 will end this Friday and the new EO extends the no sail, no fly policy until the end of the month.
The stipulations and exemptions on travel written in EO 37 remain in place per EO 40.
