The speaking engagement, done on Aug. 18, 2021, was organized by the Climate Change Commission headed by Erwin Husmalaga (inset) in partnership with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) – Local Government Academy (LGA). The training gathered participants from local planning, environment and natural resource, agriculture, and disaster risk reduction and management offices of various LGUs in the Visayas.
