The photo shows the house of barangay Del Carmen Sur, Balilihan resident Narciso “Nong Sisoy” Gingo. The construction of the said house nears completion, according to Balilihan mayor Pureza Chatto. The house is being constructed through the free labor provided by town council members and barangay officials from Del Carmen Sur. The mayor also thanks Annabelle Bebette Clamucha for donating cash used to buy meals and snacks for the laborers. The mayor gave a report about this community endeavor on Aug. 19, 2021.
