Buenavista mayor Dave Duallo (in photo) bares that another livelihood assistance gets distributed to micro, small, and medium entrepreneurs affected by the pandemic coming from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Each beneficiary received a livelihood kit worth P8,000. The livelihood kit distribution is part of DTI’s Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay Livelihood Seeding Program. The mayor said the latest batch of beneficiaries of the said program come from barangays Cambus-oc, Bantuan, Lusong and Nueva Granada. The distribution of livelihood kits occurred on Aug. 18, 2021. He is conducting a field monitoring of counterparting projects in barangay Baluarte which involve the rehabilitation of barangay road at Baluarte-Bugaong portion; 2 concreting of access road; purchase of lot and improvement of barangay site; and phase 1 of ongoing covered court project in the said barangay.
