Teaser No. 17: Will this politico do desperate moves to win in the next elections?

We all know that the election fever is becoming hotter. Even with the pandemic, politics will never fade away and will always be of interest to people anywhere and everywhere. In this week’s Teaser story, a resident of one of the towns in the province hinted to us his own version of a teaser through the following questions:

1. Is it true that a certain politician already turned on his political machinery ahead of time – even before the filing of the certificate of candidacy with the intent to latch on to power, at least, in the next 3 months?

2. Is it true that this politician handed out P1,000 to voters who reside in a certain town to transfer and register in another town, which is the town of the desperate politician?

3. Is this politician so desperate to pad the number of voters loyal to him because he can’t win based on performance alone? Wala gyud intawn kunoy improvement ang lungsod nga iyang giharian, aw gialagaran diay, as alleged.

4. Is it true that this politician is cramming to bring in more voters to his fold, because despite being in office for so many years he/she has yet to bring development to the town?

5. Is this true that this politician goes on air, once in a while, and makes up stories ARON TUISON ANG KAMATUORAN ALANG SA IYANG KAUGALINGONG NGA KADAUGAN? UG MUDUOG BA KAHA POD?

6. Is it true that this politician used to be “for sale” when he/she cancelled his/her candidacy in favour of the “glitter of gold”?

7. Is it true that this politician used to practically dominate the business industry in his/her town with his/her “own people” manning the town’s tourism business during the pre-Covid days?

8. Do you think what he is doing is fair?

9. If this politician could afford to give a handsome amount to people for the latter to transfer their voting areas, he must be handsomely rich.

10. Ug tinuod ni, kinsa kaha ni? Your guess is as good as ours.
