Bohol Inter Agency Task Force (BIATF) spokesman Dr. Cesar Tomas Lopez announced that 1 new Delta variant case has been detected in Carmen town.
Moreover, 2 new Beta variant cases have been detected. One case is from Bilar and one case is from Dagohoy, Lopez said.
The BIATF spokesman revealed the information during the virtual presser on Sept. 7, 2021.
The Philippine Genome Center (PGC) released the latest report on Sept. 3, 2021, Lopez bared.
He added that 4 cases of P3 variant also detected in Bohol.
Lopez revealed that 1 P3 variant positive patient from Panglao, 2 patients from Dagohoy, 1 and 1 P3 variant patient from Maribojoc.
Meanwhile, Lopez revealed that 71% of the new 112 new Coronavirus disease (Covid) in Bohol are unvaccinated.
