APDC starts a new beginning with grand launching of Ashira Crown model houses

Ashira Properties Development Corporation (APDC) starts  a new beginning with the grand launching of the 2 model houses of the Ashira Crowm Catarman, Sept. 8, 2021.

Ashira Crown Catarman. is a high-end property development of APDC. It is the first house and lot project of the fastest growing real estate company.

The entire force of APDC headed by its chief executive officer (CEO) Cylwin Bomediano and wife, chief financial officer Erlinda Bomediano hosted the event at the Ashira Crown site.

The event marked the blessing and ribbon cutting of the 2 new model houses of Ashira Crown Catarman.

Among the invited guests were the Tagbilaran mayor John Geesnell Yap and his wife, First Lady Jane, Dauis mayor Marietta Sumaylo and the guest of honor, Atty. Esther Patrisha V. Chatto.

In her speech, the young lawyer, who is rhe the daughter of Cong. Edgar Chatto and Balilihan mayor Pureza Chatto, congratulated the Bomediano family, Cylwin, Erlinda, Collin, Jed, Ashira and Aoife for the great milestone in the history of APDC, with the grand launching of the model houses of Ashira Crown Catarman.

She described the event as a “big success” for APDC, municipality of Dauis, and for the province of Bohol.

Chatto said that people usually dream of three things: to be able to find a partner in life, to find a decent job, and to find a house that will become a home.

Among the 3 things, Chatto said APDC is able to provide 2 things with the launch of Ashira Crown Catarman model houses.

APDC is able to provide livelihood opportunities for Boholanos through selling of housing units not just in Ashira Crown Catarman, but also in other real estate projects of the company.

APDC also provides employment for the construction workers who are the ones who will be constructing the homes of APDC’s investors.

Furthermore, projects like Ashira Crown Catarman can create economic activity in the town of Dauis, even in the midst of a pandemic.

Moreover, APDC, through development projects like Ashira Crown Catarman, can provide those who are looking for shelter to finally have a home.

Chatto also talked about how it can be challenging for people to find homes.

She knows well the challenges of finding a home, as there are a

lot of factors to consider.

APDC provides the investors options that best suit them so they can have their own homes.

She said people should be thankful of having companies like APDC, which are mindful of their needs when it comes to housing.

In his welcome remarks, Cylwin Bomediano, said that despite the pandemic the company remains steadfast in providing the public quality and affordable housing as a home is one of the most valuable possessions one would have.

Other speakers included Tagbilaran First Lady Jane Yap and Sumaylo who each congratulated APDC

for its newest milestone with Ashira Crown Catarman.
