Richli Water asks customers to check their pipes for leaks

Richli Water is asking its customers to regularly check the condition of the water pipes, at home and/or at the customer establishment for any leaks.

The water utility company made the request in a post on its social media account.

The company requested the customers to also check the hoses, water closets/toilets, showers, and faucets for leaks.

“These practices will help prevent abrupt increases on your water bills,” the water utility company said.

Meanwhile, Richli Water advises its customers to pay their bills 2 days before the due date if they choose to pay via GCash or via BDO or the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) online banking.

In an advisory posted on its social media account, Richli Water asks its customers, after paying their bill, to send the proof of payment to customerpayments@richlicorp.com for payment posting.

Richli Water is providing the advice to its customers in order to avoid paying penalties.

Richli Water offers a convenient way to pay the water bills via GCash where customers can pay their water bill via the GCash e-wallet app.

Just make sure that you have the enough funds in the GCash app and you may use the bills payment option to pay your Richli Water bill, anytime, anywhere.
