SHARPENING LEADERSHIP SKILLS. Mayor Roygie Jumamoy (photo 1) attended the 5-day Training Program of Municipal Leadership and Governance Program (MLGP) Module 3 on Sept. 5, 2021 via videoconferencing in the municipality’s huddle room. Also present were key medical employees (photo 2) composed of Municipal Health Officer (MHO) Dr. Edar Rospan Ajo, Department of Health-7 Development Management Officer Simplicio E. Torreon and Nurse Deployment Project Marian Lofranco. Spearheading the event was the Siliman University Monitoring Team (photo 3). teamINABANGA (photo 4). Only selected municipalities are undergoing the leadership course backed by Zuellig Family Foundation (ZFF) and implemented by Siliman University in collaboration with the Department of Health (DOH). The aim is to enhance leadership and governance capabilities of Local Chief Executives, MHO’s and its health department.
