Bohol gets its share of Sputnik V jabs says Secs. Galvez, Dizon

Bohol is getting its share of the Sputnik V vaccine according to Secs. Carlito Galvez and Vince Dizon.

This was revealed during the meeting this morning, Sept. 17, 2021, attended by the 2 secretaries, Gov. Arthur Yap, and members of the tourism industry, a report says.

The 2 secretaries assured that Bohol will be getting its fair share of the 35 million doses of the Sputnik V jab, which will be arriving in the country within this month, the same report bares.

About 190,000 Sputnik V vaccines will be arriving in the Philippines tomorrow and 4,000 doses will be delivered to Bohol next week so the inoculation of the component 2 of Sputnik V can start.

Bohol will also receive at least 40,000 doses of Sinovac for September and October.

The province will also receive our share of the Pfizer, Moderna, Astra Zeneca, Sinovac vaccines that will be arriving this month, according to reports.

Moreover, Galvez also reiterated his advise to Yap to focus on temporary treatment and monitoring facilities (TTMF), vaccination and other Coronavirus disease (Covid) response as the national government will be the one to focus on the vaccine supplies.
