6 people hurt in road accident in Sikatuna

A police report says that 6 persons were hurt after figuring in a road accident involving 3 vehicles along a national highway in Sikatuna town.

The same report says that the accident happened at around 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2021.

The report bares that a cargo truck, a motorcycle and a delivery van were involved in the road accident.

The report from the Bohol Police Provincial Office said that based on their initial investigation, the motorcycle and delivery van were heading to Loboc town while the cargo truck was moving towards Tagbilaran City when one of the truck’s front tires got busted. It went wayward and overlapped to the lane of the motorcycle and delivery van.

Moreover, the cargo truck then sideswiped a motorcycle and hit a delivery van which was carrying eggs.

The cargo truck was driven by Ruben Desol. He had an assistant named Felix Lagad. The delivery van was driven by Artemio Dompor with his two assistants, Clint John Salva and Rocco Berindez.

Furthermore, the 6th person injured in the accident is a certain Rey Amancio.

All 6 injured persons were brought to a nearby hospital for treatment.
