Wala pa’y pinal nga rekomendasyon ang mga eksperto bisan ang Department of Health (DOH) kalabot sa booster shots.
Nipagawas ug pahayag ang DOH human sa taho nga gi-aprobahan na sa National Immunization Technical Advisory Group (NITAG) ang booster shots alang sa mga health care workers ug giingong mahimo na kining ihatag sa katapusan sa Oktubre o sa Nobyembre.
Matud pa ni DOH Usec Maria Rosario Vergeire, ang DOH All Expert Group kauban ang DOH mabinantayon nga gihisgotan ang kalabot sa booster shots.
“The DOH All Expert Group together with the DOH is still carefully deliberating this. There is no final recommendation yet from the experts, nor approval from the DOH on the administration of booster shots,”(Ang All Experts Group kauban sa DOH naghinay hinay sa pagtuon niini. Wala pay hipno nga desisyon kalabut niini gikan sa mga eksperto o kaha katapusang disisyon alang sa paghatag ug booster shots.) matud pa sa gipagawas nga pahayag sa buhatan.
Matud pa nga wala usab pagtugot o approval gikan sa NITAG o ang All Expert Group (AEG) sa pagkakaron.
Ang VEP o vaccine expert panel nihatag na sa ilang rekomendasyon apan tukion pa gihapon sa AEG, ug magdesisyon ang DOH base sa mga rekomendasyon gikan sa mga eksperto.
