Officials and employees of the local government unit of Balilihan gather in front of the Balilihan Presidencia (municipal hall) during the celebration of International Clean Up Day. The said activity was held on Sept. 18, 2021. The unity among the officials, town government employees and the town residents will be articulated again on Sept. 29, 2021, as the town celebrates its 193rd year anniversary of its foundation called SUMAD.
