Beneficiaries of the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) program receive their wages. Cong. Edgar Chatto partnered with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in the implementation of the said program.
