The Municipality of Baclayon headed by Mayor Benecio Uy (inset) reports the acquisition of a brand-new CBC and HB1AC machine for the town’s Rural Health Unit. The budget for the procurement of the said machines is locally sourced. The Sangguniang Bayan of Baclayon will be setting the rates for the use of the said machines.
