Yap turns over financial aid to 43 barangays in 2nd district

Gov. Arthur Yap turned over more than P1 million in financial aid to 43 barangays in the 2nd district of Bohol, according to information from the Provincial Information and Media Relations (PRIMER) office released on Sept. 21, 2021.

The report said that each barangay received P25,000 in financial aid.

The same report adds that 40 barangays are from the town of Inabanga and 3 are from Ubay town.

The governor also turned over some burial assistance to people concerned. Prizes to the winners of the Women’s Booth Contest were also distributed by the governor.

The activity was done on Sept. 20, 2021, at the Capitol’s Ceremonial Hall, the PRIMER said.

The governor was accompanied during the activity by lawyer Abeleon Damalerio, chief of staff of Cong. Edgar Chatto and San Miguel town mayor Virgilio Mendez.
