The grand coronation night of Miss Universe Philippines (MUP) will have 100 live spectators witnessing the event tonight, Sept. 30, 2021, at the Henann Resort Convention Center in Panglao town.
In a Facebook post, MUP bared that the coronation night is expected to accommodate 100 guests, with each “gold ticket” reportedly priced at P10,000 each.
Reports add that each audience member needs to be fully vaccinated and need to present negative real time-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test results.
“The first allowed audience for Miss Universe Philippines! Don’t miss the chance to witness the coronation of our new queen live!” the post says.
MUP 2021 is set tonight, with the pageant to be streamed live on ABS-CBN’s virtual platform KTX.ph.
Moreover, the delayed telecast will be on GMA 7 on Oct. 1, 2021.
Furthermore, KC Montero will be the host, while Sam Concepcion and Michael Pangilinan are performing at the event.
The winner of MUP 2021 will be succeeding Iloilo’s Mateo and will be the country’s bet to the 70th Miss Universe pageant in Israel in Dec. 2021.
Meanwhile, MUP will be introducing 2 new titles which are MUP-Tourism, and MUP-Charity.
