Moreover, Richli Water advises its customers to pay their bills 2 days before the due date if they choose to pay via GCash or via BDO or the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) online banking.
In an advisory posted on its social media account, Richli Water asks its customers, after paying their bill, to send the proof of payment to customerpayments@richlicorp.com for payment posting.

Richli Water is telling its customers to regularly check the condition of the water pipes, at home and/or at the customer establishment for any leaks, so they can save water and in the process lower the water bill.
The water utility company is making the appeal in a post on its social media account.
The company appealed to its customers to also check the hoses, water closets/toilets, showers, and faucets for leaks.
“These practices will help prevent abrupt increases on your water bills,” the water utility company said.
