Gov. Arthur Yap (left) and Second district Rep. Erico Aristotle Aumentado (right) are set to a face-off as they are the leading contenders who are vying for the gubernatorial post in Bohol this coming May 9, 2022 election day. Yap has long expressed his desire to run for re-election. On the other hand, Aumentado’s camp finally announced on Sept. 30, 2021 that the 2nd district solon is running for the highest elective position in Bohol.
