Cong. Edgar Chatto (front row, center, holding the the ribbon) graces the 4-in-1 activity at Catigbian town. With him is Catigbian  Mayor Elizabeth Mandin Pace (right) and Vice Mayor Esteban Angilan, Jr. (left). The activity was done on Oct. 4, 2021 during the ceremonial turnover of completed projects in the municipality. The activity was part of the celebration of Family Week, Civil Service Month, and Elderly Filipino Week. The local government unit also gave commendations to the members of the Philippine National Police (PNP); recognized the best performing barangays in Coronavirus disease (Covid) response; provided awards to the most active senior citizens organizations in Covid response, and awarded some scholarship grants. Contributed photo
