Giving value to all the sacrifices and dedication poured by teachers to impart knowledge and valuable lessons for their students, Vice Governor Rene Lopez Relampagos paid tribute to all teachers during the celebration of World Teacher’s Day on Tuesday, October 5, 2021.
Relating to his experience as a professor, Relampagos expressed how teachers put so much passion, dedication and sacrifice in order to give the best quality education to their students.
Likewise, Relampagos recognized how the teachers have bravely and continuously give their wholehearted services while facing the challenges during this pandemic.
Quoting his statement on a Facebook page, Relampagos said, “Amidst the pandemic, I am fully aware of the many changes in our means and methods of imparting knowledge and providing guidance to our beloved students. The transition from face-to-face to online distance learning, modular or blended learning has been a great challenge. However, what remained is your determination and zeal to deliver the best quality education to our Boholano youth. Such is something I have always been impressed with, one that I am immensely grateful for, and something I always take pride in our Boholano teachers. Indeed, you are among the many unsung heroes of this pandemic for continuously giving your unrelenting and wholehearted service.”
