Fire breaks out in Espuelas street

A fire broke out at Espuelas street razing a residential area near the City Central School, according to a report from the Tagbilaran City Fire Station.

The cause of the fire is still being determined as of posting time. Fire probers are at the scene conducting an investigation. Reports have yet to indicate the owner of the house that got burned.

Reports say that the City Fire Dept. received the alarm at around 3:18 pm of Oct. 15, 2021 and firefighters were able to put the fire under control at 3:41 pm.

Fire fighters have declared the fire extinguished at around 3:51 pm, according to the report.

However, the fire at the scene rekindled at 3:57 pm as firefighters are on the scene to put the fire out for good, the report bares.
