The turnover event took place on Saturday, October 9, 2021. The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) partnered with the Office of Cong. Chatto in the implementation of the program.  The beneficiaries received livelihood packages in various entrepreneurial activities such as tablea making, baking, backyard hog raising, egg laying production, mobile balut vending, food vending, longganisa production, watch repair, vulcanizing, tailoring, general merchandise, fashion jewelry and cellphone accessories selling and among others.
