Third district Cong. Kristine Alexie Tutor (with shovel) participates in the groundbreaking ceremony for the future Alicia Municipal College (also known as Colegio de Alicia). There was also a signing of the a memorandum of agreement (MOA) in relation to the said future higher educational institution in the 3rd district of Bohol. The budget for the construction of the future college building is pegged at P43 million. In her speech, Tutor shared how she worked make the Alicia Municipal College a reality.
