Gov. Arthur Yap leads another HEART Caravan this time in Alicia town, the Provincial Information and Media Relations (PRIMER) reports on Oct. 14, 2021.

The caravan was held at barangay Cayacay, Alicia, the report adds.

The governor brought with him the various offices and agencies of the Provincial Government of Bohol (PGBh) during the caravan and turned over P100,000 grant from the PGBh for water projects to barangays Poblacion and La Hacienda in the said town.

Furthermore, the Barangay Health Workers and Barangay Livestock Aides also received their respective honoraria.

Likewise, students from Alicia who are employed in the Special Program Employment of Students (SPES) program received their salaries.

The governor was accompanied by Mayor Victoriano Torres III, Sangguniang Bayan member Brian Bulabos, Sangguniang Kabataan Federated Cesyl Balahay, Ma. Luz Bentua of the Department of the Interior and Local Government, 2LT Charmaine Sancho sa 47th Infantry Battaliom, Lt. Romulo Aresta sa 62nd Special Action Company of the Philippine National Poiice, Chief of Police of Alicia Lt. Bonifacio Flores, and Municipal Health Officer Dr. Erwin Nanagaytay among others.
