The Sangguniang Bayan (SB) of Clarin got its safety seal on Thursday, Oct. 21, 2021, according to Vice Mayor Allen Rey Piezas.
In a post on his Facebook account, Piezas said that the safety seal certification is a huge achievement of the town’s legislative body.
He added that the SB was able to gain the said certification following a meticulous assessment done by a team headed by Clarin’s Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) officer-in-charge Sarah Kristina G. Romanillos.
Romanillos was accompanied by Clarin’s chief of police Lt. Eleazar Millomida and the town’s fire marshal Senior Fire Officer 2 Wilson Miculob in the assessment team, Piezas reported.
The team was tasked to assess whether or not the SB has been complying with the health standards and implementing the safety protocol.
The seal also signifies that the SB has been able to implement the proper contact tracing system in order to promptly control the further spread of the Coronavirus disease (Covid).
“Daghang salamat sa inspection team, sa akong mga kaubanan sa konseho ug sa mga staff sa atong Sangguniang Bayan,” Piezas said in his post.
