Dauis‘ “Team Kabag-ohan” sponsors Halloween costume contest

For the sake of Halloween fun and having some good vibes, Team Kabag-ohan led by Dauis mayoralty candidate Roman “Amoi” Bullen will sponsor a “Scary Halloween” costume contest.

The contest is open to all residents of Dauis, regardless of age, according to the press release.

The contest offers cash prizes of P3,000, P2,000, and P1,000 for the top three winners, plus a consolation prize of P500 each for the seven finalists. A special prize of P500 will be given to the entry with the most number of Facebook reactions, the press release adds.    

To join, contestants must first “like” the Team Kabag-ohan Facebook page.

Participants need to upload a photo of him/her wearing the scariest Halloween costume. The photo must be sent through the said FB page‘s messenger, together with complete name, address, and cell number.

Only one (1) entry is allowed to every participant. The top 10 scariest or spookiest Halloween costumes will be chosen as the finalists.

 The deadline for the submission of entry is on October 30, 2021. 

All the 10 entries will be posted on the Facebook page on, Sunday, October 31, 2021, in order to allow netizens to react on or tag/share the entries.

The criteria for judging include: Scary Factor – P50%, Creativity – 30%, and Facebook Impact – 20%. 

Winners will be announced on November 2, 2021 through the FB page.

Capt. Bullen himself will personally award the prizes to the winners at a yet to be disclosed date and place.

Team Kabag-ohan is composed of: Capt. Bullen for mayor, P/Col. Marcelo Opada Pintac for vice mayor and the slate has the following: retired police officer and former Criminal Investigation and Detection Group chief Ricky Macatisbis Morallo, former councilor Jobert Cimafranca Bomediano, Rosalie Acuña, Virgie Perfecio, Arbee Migriño Sumobay, Raul Balolong Opeña, and Gabriel Fullido Cimafranca.
