Catigbian mayor Elizabeth Mandin (4th from left) meets some residents of barangays Baang and Liboron. She is personally inspecting the status of the provincial road that connects the 2 barangays of the town. She is thanking the leadership of Gov. Arthur Yap and Vice Gov. Rene Relampagos for the progress of Catigbian town. She is also lauding the efforts poured in by Vice Mayor Esteban Angelan, including the officials and employees of the town government and former Cooperative Development Authority administrator Benjie Oliva for the realization of the road project that used to be a dream of local residents.
