President Duterte will visit Bohol on Friday, Oct. 29, 2021, according to multiple reports.
In a telephone interview on Oct. 26,2021, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) head confirmed the report to The Bohol Tribune.
He said that the president will be visiting the province to inaugurate port projects in the province.
The total cost of the projects, which started to be implemented in 2014, were estimated at P7.2 billion, reports say
There will be a simultaneous inauguration of port projects in Bohol as the president will be staying in one place, Damalerio added.
The program related to the visit is slated at around 4 pm on Friday. The president is expected to arrive here via Bohol Panglao International Airport.
According to the Philippine Information Agency, (PIA) all participants including provincial and local officials, and members of the media will be subjected to a real-time polymerase chain reaction test early morning of Oct. 27, 2021 and will be subjected to a rapid antigen test on Friday, Oct. 29, 2021.
