NEONIEL DUMAGAN AND DR. CELESTE JOY BOLO NUPTIALS

Neoniel and Celeste Joy had their first meeting during their Bohol tour with friends. They were introduced by Dr. Ma. Shiril Armero and the exchange of contact details followed. Then, the friendship became beautiful and more exciting as the gentleman started to court the lady. On October 10, 2007 Celeste Joy gave her sweet “YES” to Neoniel. On May 8, 2015, the couple had their Civil Wedding.
Our bride is Celeste Joy Bolo from Guadalupe, Cebu but her roots are from Compostela Valley, Davao. She is the daughter of Mayor Lema Bolo. Celeste Joy is a Pediatrician and is connected with Talisay District Hospital.
Her groom is Neoniel Dumagan from Guadalupe, Cebu too. But his roots are from Alburquerque, Bohol. He is the son of Lolita Dumagan. Neoniel works is an IT Administrator and is connected with the Cinco Hermana Group of Companies.
The wedding ceremony of Neoniel and Celeste Joy started at 2:00 in the afternoon of October 29 and was held at the St. Augustine Parish Church in Panglao, Bohol. Rev. Fr. Rowel Tumanday was the main celebrant of the said wedding.
The reception program and wedding banquet were held at the Bamboo Hall of Bluewater, Panglao. Other suppliers were Superseven Studio as the photo and video provider; Melit Andoy as florist in church; Dave of Bluewater, Panglao as the florist at the reception venue; Jesa Horca, Gia Elizar & his team for the hair & make-up of the bride and the entourage; Estrella’s for the cake & sweets station, Joseph Gara & Nabela as the sound system provider & entertainers and Ayka Lim for the bride’s accessories. D’ Nightingalesis handled the on-the-day coordination.
Gloria Leodivica I. Araneta of “SMILE”, Philippines was the church commentator and banquet master of ceremonies.
