The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has awarded the prize money of P50,000 to Cantagay Women’s Organization for producing an award-winning video documentary about the Labor Department’s aid to the said association, according to a report of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) released on Nov. 10, 2021.
The women’s association won the prize as the best video documentary producer among entries coming from the Central Visayas region, the report bares.
The prize was awarded during the Duterte Legacy caravan in Jagna town on Nov. 9, 2021.
Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Assistant Sec. Jusan Vincent Arcena, DOLE-Bohol officials, local government unit (LGU) Jagna officials, awarded the cash prize to the officials of the women’s association.
The PCOO has started the Duterte Legacy caravan in Bohol aimed at providing information to the public about the accomplishments of the Duterte administration.
The caravan’s theme is “Barangaynihan Caravan Towards National Recovery.”
The caravan visited Loay and Lila on Monday, Nov. 8, 2021, as it toured the towns of Jagna and Garcia-Hernandez on Nov. 9, 2021.
The Duterte Legacy caravan is visiting the towns of Ubay, Trinidad and San Miguel towns today, Nov. 10, 2021, a report reveals.
The caravan will be concluding its Bohol sortie by visiting Tubigon, Panglao and Tagbilaran City on Nov. 11, 2021, according to the PIA.
