Balilihan mayor Pureza Chatto (seated at right, 1st row, down)  poses with residents of barangay Hanopol Este during the HEART Caravan that visited the town on Nov. 10, 2021. During the caravan, food packs and fruit tree planting materials were distributed to every household in the barangay. After the medical consultation, free medicines were also given to the residents. Moreover, the Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital blood letting team, along with the town’s nurses/medtech from the Rural Health Unit conducted voluntary blood letting activity.
