Panglao Councilor Amira Alia Montero-Caindec released an infographic showing her statement of appreciation to the generosity of President Duterte for giving Panglao a world-class airport. She released the statement following the visit of personnel from the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO). The PCOO visited Panglao on Nov. 11, 2021 to spread the word about the “Duterte Legacy”.
