Born and raised in Tubigon town, Atty. Delgado replaced Atty. Nilo Ahat as the latter has been appointed as the new Provincial Prosecutor.

Delgado is currently the Vice President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Bohol chapter.

He is a trained arbitrator and member of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators.

Atty. Delgado was admitted into the Philippine Bar in 2009 and has been practicing the profession for more than a decade now.

He finished his law degree at the Ateneo de Manila University, where he graduated with 2nd honors. He obtained his baccalaureate degree in Public Administration at the University of the Philippimes-Diliman.

After he was admitted to the bar, Atty. Delgado joined the  fabled law firm of Villaraza, Cruz, Marcelo & Angangco.

Then, he moved to the Cruz, Marcelo & Tenefrancia Law Office where he received the Best Senior Associate Award in 2013 and 2014.

After his stint in the 2 said law firms, he joined Sagittarius Mines Inc. as Legal and Compliance Superintendent with a rank of an Associate Vice President.

He then went on to become a consultant at the Provincial Legal Office and eventually took the helm of the said office following a vacancy.

Atty. Delgado is married to Atty. Nickie Marie Bolos-Delgado and both are blessed with a son, Teo Nicasio.

According to Atty. Delgado, he is the first person from Tubigon to become the head of the Provincial Legal Office.

During the 2019 midterm elections, Atty. Delgado and his wife Nickie were members of the election legal team led by Atty. Lord “Popot” Marapao IV and Atty. Mark Garrote.

Some of Atty. Delgado’s achievements are his successful negotiation and settlement with the claimants/plaintiffs of a multi-billion peso tort claim (the largest the largest in Philippine history) which they filed against multi-national companies for supposed illnesses allegedly caused by the application of pesticide in banana plantations in Southern Philippines.
He was part of the legal team which represented the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas in a criminal case against a group of rural banks that engaged in the Ponzi Scheme and defrauded the depositors.
