Balilihan mayor Pureza Chatto (right, standing) delivered a wheelchair as a gift to 80 year old Braulia Sapid (seated on the wheelchair) of barangay Boctol, Balilihan, Bohol. The mayor said that she and her daughter are happy to have given a gift to a resident of the town. The gift recipient, likewise, expressed joy and gratitude after receiving the wheelchair.
