The governor was in Loon to distribute aid to barangays of the said town. The barangays which were beneficiaries of the aid include Nueva Vida, Tan-awan, Tangnan, Cogon Norte, Panangquilon, Basdio, Pig-ot and Cansubayon. Each barangay received P100,000 in financial aid for water projects. The barangays of Bahi and Catagbacan Norte each received financial aid for other projects.
