Councilor Amira Alia Montero-Caindec (extreme left) leads the distribution of sporting goods to members of soccer teams based in Panglao. The goods were donated by members of the Rotary Club of Ladner Canada and the distribution was facilitated by members of Rotary Club of Panglao Island. The donation of sporting goods was made possible through the efforts of Elena Angala of Rotary World Help and Panglao Mayor Leonila Montero (behind Montero-Caindec).
