Tubigon mayor William Jao shows a sample of a weighing scale which the local government unit distributed to each of the town’s 34 barangays. The distribution of the weighing scales was done on Nov. 19, 2021 following the municipal review of the Barangay First 1,000 Days (BF1KD) program with Barangay Nutrition Scholars. During the event, the mayor also led the distribution of food packs to the beneficiaries of the Target Feeding Program, which include 194 families with malnourished children and 51 nutritionally at-risk pregnant women.
