Two wanted persons fell into police custody in separate operations conducted, according to reports released on Dec. 6, 2021.
Inabanga police reported that they arrested a suspect accused of statutory rape on Dec. 5, 2021.
The suspect is identified as Roel dela Torre,32, a scrap buyer, of barangay Dagohoy, Inabanga.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Leo Moises Lison of the Regional Trial Court branch 3 in Tagbilaran City.
The bail was set at P200,000, the police report added.
Moreover, police said that a certain Analyn Dupit, 51, of barangay Poblacion, Sierra Bullones was arrested last Friday afternoon, Dec. 3, 2021.
The suspect is being accused of grave oral defamation, according to police report.
The police were armed with an arrest warrant issued by Judge Olivia Migriño-Mende of the 17th Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Sierra Bullones-Pilar dated Dec. 3, 2021.
The bail for the suspect’s temporary liberty was set at P18,000, according to the police report.
