Panglao councilor Amira Alia Montero-Caindec welcomes to Panglao town Sec. Michael Dino, the Presidential Adviser on the Visayas, who came to Bohol a day after typhoon Odette hit the province. Dino visited Panglao and the rest of Bohol upon the instruction of President Duterte and Sen. Christopher “Bong” Go.
