The chief of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Director Louie Puracan reiterated his agency’s support to Bohol’s recovery effort.
Puracan expressed his support as he paid a courtesy call to Gov. Arthur Yap on Dec. 27, 2021.
Puracan said that the BFP has been engaged in the clearing operations and in water rationing in areas where there is no water available.
Moreover, Puracan also said the BFP has established an open kitchen in all fire stations in the province providing ready to eat food available to everyone who needs something to eat. The BFP is also preparing to set up a mobile clinic to be staffed by 12 doctors. The mobile clinic will be at forefront of the medical missions that will be held in the province, Puracan said.
Moreover, Puracan said that the agency is donating 200 sacks of rice to be distributed to those affected by typhoon Odette.
