Panglao councilor Amira Alia Montero-Caindec (inset, upper right corner) announces the availability of free drinking water to residents of purok 1 Das-ag, barangay Poblacion and purok 5, barangay Danao. The photos are showing residents of Panglao availing themselves of safe water produced from the said facilities. The water filtration facilities are provided by Waves for Water and H&M Philippines. Water has been a problem following the fury of typhoon Odette.
