Gov. Arthur Yap reported that another wave of relief goods reached Ubay on Jan. 3, 2021, according to a report by the Provincial Information and Media Relations (PRIMER).

The PRIMER report adds that this is the fourth time the provincial government has sent relief goods for the local government unit (LGU) of Ubay.

Personnel from the 47th Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army were the ones who helped in the delivery of the said relief goods to Ubay town.

The relief packs from the provincial government are on top of the relief goods coming from the Department of Social Welfare and Development and the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc.

The provincial government already delivered relief packs to all localities in Bohol and committed to deliver more, according to the PRIMER.

Meanwhile, the governor thanked donors of relief goods that arrived in Bohol before New Year’s Day from Manila.

Yap said members of the 47th IB helped in the unboxing of the goods from Manila that will be distributed to typhoon victims.
