Duero police reportedly has arrested a frustrated homicide suspect who allegedly tried to kill his own brother, reports say.
The incident happened on Jan. 16, 2022 at barangay Guinsularan, Duero, the reports indicate.
Reports add that the suspect is identified as a certain Nasario Felisilda Jr., 61, of barangay Guinsularan, Duero.
He allegedly tried to kill his own brother, Eduardo, 58, also from the same barangay in Duero town.
Investigation revealed that the brothers had an argument that led to Nasario to stab Eduardo using a harpoon.
The victim was stabbed twice in the torso and was rushed to a nearby hospital, reports bare.
The police was able to arrest the suspect and now detained in the Duero police detention facility.
