Loay mayor Hilario Ayuban (inset, upper left corner) reports that the town is busy helping families rebuild their totally damaged houses under the Balay Tinabangay sa Loay program. The mayor thanked the donors, barangay officials, volunteers and the Sangguniang Bayan (SB) members for their help and cooperation in making the program successful.
