The menu for the buffet includes mixed maki, mixed salad greens with sushizu or sushi vinegar dressing and gomadare or sesame dressing, niku soba soup, plain or Japanese fried rice, yassi itame, karaage, buta kakumi, and matcha mochi plus one round of iced tea.
During your dining experience at Umaya Restaurant, a live band serenades you with popular and Japanese love songs. .The weekend buffet is only P499 per head.
