PGBh reports its distribution of more than 198,000 food packs to various LGUs

The Provincial Government of Bohol reported that it distributed around 198,712 food packs to the 47 towns and one city in Bohol, according to an information released by the Provincial Information and Media Relations (PRIMER) on Feb. 3, 2022.

All these are on top of the 10,477 assorted food items also distributed by the PGBh.

Each food pack provided by the PGBh consists of 6 kilos of rice, 4 cans of corned beef, 4 cans of tuna, 2 cans of sardines, 5 packets of cereal and 5 sachets of coffee.

The PRIMER also reported that the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) provided 290,080 food packs. The food packs were distributed to all localities in Bohol.

The same report bared that World Vision, Ramon Abotiz Foundation, Buddist Compassion Relief-Tzu Chi Foundation, Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Philippine Red Cross, Philippine Gift of Life and National Grid Corporation of the Philippines also provided either relief goods or hot meals to several towns in the province.
