Anda mayor Metodio Amper presides over the meeting of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC). The meeting presented a report on the expanded Rapid Disaster Assessment Needs Analysis (RDANA) following the onslaught of typhoon Odette in the town. The meeting also discussed the result of the post-Odette operations of the Kapit Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDDS) and additional funding coming from the KALAHI-CIDSS-National Community-Driven Development Project (KC-NCDDP), and the shift from Coronavirus disease (Covid) response to disaster response operation.
