Councilor Amira Alia Montero-Caindec flashes the OK sign as she goes underwater. She underwent a Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) open water course certification exercise. This activity took place on March 1, 2022 at the municipal seawaters off barangay Bil-isan, Panglao, with some Reef Rangers belonging to the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office, better known as the MENRO BOYS.
