Fire probers estimate Anda market fire damage at P5 million

A fire hit Anda public market as fire probers estimated the damage at P5 million, according to a report released on March 9, 2022.

Anda public market was razed to the ground on March 6, 2022 and there were no reported injuries or death in relation to the fire incident.

Reports say that the fire started around 4 am at one of the stalls of the public market.

Reports add that four stalls in the public market were eaten by the said fire.

The fire also partially damaged the office space and a water refilling station in the public market, reports add.

It was also reported that the firetruck from Guindulman town responded to the fire alarm as Anda’s fire truck is under repair.

Probers are still investigating the cause of the said incident.
